Aon Enhances Global Reinsurance Services with Key Leadership Appointments

Jake Nichols has been named Senior Managing Director and Global Clients Leader for Bermuda, tasked with aligning clients' capital strategies with growth opportunities through innovative risk transfer solutions. Nicola Fraccalvierii takes on the role of EMEA Facultative Team Leader, where he will support clients across the EMEA region by leveraging Aon's Risk Capital capability.

Isabel Blazquez Solano steps in as CEO of Aon's Reinsurance Solutions in Brazil, bringing her experience as the former Chief Underwriting Officer at Brazilian reinsurer IRB Re. Daniela Diaz will head the Reinsurance Solutions in Peru, backed by 15 years of industry experience. Meanwhile, James Fogarty assumes the role of Global Head of Marine, focusing on integrating Aon's analytics into the marine reinsurance marketplace. Paul Shedden has been appointed Global Analytics Leader to foster collaboration and innovation between Aon's analytics and broking teams.
